It’s tucked away far enough from the buzz of the city to be able to ignore it but still close enough for a quick trip. This neighborhood has a variety of coffee shops and quirky boutiques. It also boasts beautiful parks, where I saw once a dog attempting to get along with a stubborn squirrel. Spoiler, the squirrel was victorious.

The staff is a great asset. Parktown is transformed into a truly welcoming community by the staff. You’ve probably met people who are always able to remember your order for coffee. You know someone with a smile that can brighten a dull Monday morning? This is them in abundance. When you misplace something valuable, they seem to be Sherlock-like in their zeal. They’d probably find a dragon if you misplaced it.
This residence has a variety of living rooms to suit all tastes. You can choose between rooms with a cozy, quaint feel or ones that are bursting with sophistication. On a recent visit, the sun-drenched lounges were glowing with warmth during golden hour. As if every day were a happy day, plants lounged. You’d think that poets and artists would be inspired to create their masterpieces in this kind of environment.
Do not overlook the exciting community events. Every month they have a night that mixes mellow and magnificent — wine tastings fit for Dionysus, art evenings sure to reveal Picasso’s inner self. There was even a story about a maskrade party which left the guests dizzy from the whimsy.
